Profile wire screen has a minimum slot size of 0.1mm. The wire thickness is 1.5-5.5mm. This metal screen is made of Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel material. Major forms of profile wire or wedge wire screen are circle type, curved type and flat type.
Circle type profile wire:
Material: Low carbon galvanized wire(LCG), mild steel wire, stainless steel wire (ss 302, ss304, ss304L, ss316, ss316L, etc)
Diameter: 1-40inch (20-1000mm)
Slot: 0.05mm, 0.08mm, 0.10mm, 0.15mm, ......, 6mm
Length: up to 6meters
End Connection: welded rings(plain beveled ends for butt welding) or threaded male and female coupling(spiral)
Flat profile wire screen:
We supply wedge wire screen or profile screen in flat, curved or cylindrical panels made of looped, round and/or wedge shaped woven wires for precise openings.
Wedge wire screen is supplied in stainless steel and other special steel metals and alloy metal screens, mainly used on dewatering equipment.
Wedge wire screen is made with certain size of woven wire cloth as screen fabrics, then framed with stainless steel or coated carbon steel plates.
